Remuneration model

Supervision
The credit intermediation activity carried out by Mouco & Gaspar, Lda. is subject to supervision by the Banco de Portugal.

Complaints may be submitted directly to Mouco & Gaspar, Lda. at contact@meg-fin.com, to the Banco de Portugal via Banking Customer Portal or at Complaints Book.
Alternative dispute resolution
Without prejudice to the right to recourse to the courts, in the event of a dispute arising from credit intermediation activity, the consumer may refer the matter to the following entities, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 81-C/2017 of 7 July and Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September:

Should we proceed to an intermediation process, the retention period is determined by the legal obligations applicable to our regulated activity, namely those arising from the legal framework governing credit intermediaries.
